Limited licence
Subject to these Terms, 91 Club grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the site for your personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any site content, reverse engineer any underlying technology, remove proprietary notices, or use any content for commercial purposes without explicit written authorisation from 91 Club.
Trademarks and user content
The name "91 Club", its logo, and all related marks are trademarks of 91 Club and may not be used without prior written consent. Governing law
Applicable law
These Terms of Service and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, including non-contractual disputes or claims, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. By using 91 Club, you irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India for the resolution of any disputes arising under these Terms.
Dispute resolution
In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the site, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through the competent courts of India. Nothing in this clause limits 91 Club's right to seek interim or injunctive relief before any competent court where necessary to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
